Today, Advisor's use a broad set of tools to support clients that are disjointed, and the experience is not streamlined. They are focusing on creation and refinement of their Advisor Experience journeys including the creation of a new streamlined Advisor Hub bringing together Salesforce, web, mobile, and other tools to allow a cohesive Advisor experience bolstered by data driven insights to continuously improve their Client experiences.
