Job Title: Vertica Admin with Performance Tuning Location: Austin TX and Sunnyvale CA (Hybrid) Type: Contract Job Description: Minimum 10+ years experience in Vertica and managing several multi-terabyte Vertica databases both on-prem and cloud. Expert Knowledge of Vertica Architecture Vertica Enterprise and Vertica Eon. Expertise in installing/upgrading and maintaining 50+ Vertica environments. 5+ year experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization in Vertica which includes projections, partitions Maintain Vertica databases and assist with regular OS patching. Troubleshoot and resolve Vertica issues for aggressive SLA needs in production environment.
