Cloud Native Computing Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environment. This role requires a deep understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. The Senior OpenShift Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our containerized applications. Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift Container Platform clusters across multiple environments. Collaborate with development teams to onboard and support containerized applications. Develop and implement best practices for container orchestration, monitoring, and automation. Configure and maintain OpenShift infrastructure components such as nodes, networking, storage, and security. Monitor cluster health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations. Implement security policies and access controls to safeguard OpenShift environments. Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in containerization and cloud-native computing.
