They should possess 5+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, with a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks is necessary. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights are required. Excellent project management and organizational skills are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, are important. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is required. Certification in relevant marketing technology tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
