This Role: Less technical, more PM focused - working understanding of the following technologies needed: Active Directory, Azure, CyberArc, and a working understanding of the principles of access management & privileged access management, Two main projects of focus: 1. goes live in January- overhaul of delegation model for Active Directory - redoing permissions and access, taking a look at what's in the directory and better securing it, configuring access Will focus on driving deadlines and running things to the finish line 2. Service Account Mgmt. - CyberArc and AAM, GMSA, Microsoft - need understanding of these softwares - will enroll accounts under these programs - working with applications teams, mitigating risk and error in data transfer and uploads Interviews: 2 interviews via MS Teams Working Capacity: Remote - EST mandatory, opening hours are flexible, FG Template JD: The key responsibility of the IAM (Identity and Access Management) IT Coordinator will be to work with the Americas IT teams to help coordinate activities surrounding Design/Build/Deploy of IAM services for the Americas Zone. We expect the candidate to be involved 75% in coordinating activities/communications & 25% technical understanding of IAM technologies (see attached document for more details). We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results, influence, negotiate effectively, and communicate confidently with a wide range of people at all levels of business. 5+ years of experience Proficient in English is a must, Spanish is a plus Ability to research and obtain a high-level understanding of new technologies quickly, hands on experience on Active Directory and IAM related technologies Infra project management experience involving coordinating throughout a variety of IT stakeholders, being able to drive meetings and write synthetic minutes Experience in large, international, distributed organizations Proactive, growth mentality Identity and Access Management (IAM) Technical Engineer/Coordinator for LOre al Americas Importance of the role LOral being engaged in a Cloud first strategy, Identity and Access Management is the new strategic security frontier. The company is also facing challenges around compliance and operational efficiency in the way we operate and govern Identity. The IAM Technical Engineer(50% effort)/Coordinator (50% effort) will work with the Americas IAM & Individual Productivity Service Line Manager to Design/Build/Deploy IAM services for the Americas Zone and assist with L4 support. Role positioning This role reports to the AMER IAM & Individual Productivity Service Line Director in the Americas Infra Enterprise Services team and based in NJ USA. Main projects/activities: Design, Build, Deploy, and assist with Support of Identity and Access Management services for LOral Americas Zone. The IAM Technical Coordinator will be coordinating some of the projects of the team and support demands from Application Delivery teams, Security and the business. The scope of the team includes Access Management: o Coordination of AD modernization for AMER (Domain Controller optimization, weak protocol remediation, decommissioning of legacy forest). o Support application & business teams to implement modern authentication (SSO, MFA) within Azure AD. o New AD delegation model (review and modification of access permissions for OUs, GPOs, review object parameters to ensure consistent with policies). Identity Governance and Administration: support evolution of Global identity lifecycle management platform and process Privileged Access Management: o Assist with CyberArk enrollment for AMER and support application demands coordination with our Managed Service Provider. o Implementation of Microsoft gMSA where applicable to replace service accounts.
