As an Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant specializing in the Bio-Tech/Life Science domain, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the Bio-Tech/Life Science industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with Bio-Tech/Life Science domain experts to understand business processes, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific challenges. Design and configure Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to align with industry best practices and organizational goals, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA regulations, GxP guidelines). Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance, collaborating with QA testers and business users. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower end-users and stakeholders with the necessary skills and expertise to maximize the value of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies, advising clients on solution enhancements, optimization strategies, and roadmap planning. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for additional services, upselling, and cross-selling within existing client accounts. Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud SCM product releases, updates, and patches, evaluating their applicability and impact on existing implementations, and recommending appropriate actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, tools, templates, and accelerators for Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and consulting, with a focus on the Bio-Tech/Life Science domain. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Strong understanding of Bio-Tech/Life Science industry processes, regulations (e.g., FDA, GxP), and compliance requirements. Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders. Oracle Cloud SCM certification(s) preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines.
