Meeting with customers to discuss special tasks (i.e. large moves) and providing solutions when needed. Responsible for day to day support of remediate and pulling system data as needed. Support the move to and integrate new Telecommunication Voice, Video and Unified Communications technologies. Requirements: Hands-on experience with Avaya servers such as S8300, S8410, S8500, S8700, S8800, etc servers. Extensive hands on experience on Avaya SM/SMGR. Proficient in understanding the installation and configuration of Avaya Systems. Experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols (VOIP, SIP, H.323). Must have hands on experience on Avaya SDM. Thorough understanding of Avaya architecture and design. Prefer someone with design experience on Avaya Unified communication products. Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of CLAN, Medpro, IPSI, Analog and Digital cards. Interfaces, T1, E1, PRI, QSIG, and analog trucking. Installation, Configuration, Upgrade & Troubleshooting of G 450/G650 Gateways. Experience with other Avaya appliances, i.e. Avaya Aura Messaging, Avaya CMS, and Avaya OneX Agent. VoIP experience on an enterprise network. Initiation Protocol (SIP) technology. Excellent customer service skills, highly motivated, self starter.
