| Hello all, Please share the suitable resumes on below role Job role : UX Designer (Locals) Location : Hybrid, NY (NEED LOCAL PROFILE) No OPT & CPT profiles for GC - PP number mandatory The Senior User Experience/Interaction Designer will be responsible for the research, planning, design and documentation of user interfaces for web-based, hand-held, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate: Is detail-oriented with strong interaction design skills. Has excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Is well versed in iterative User Centered Research and Design process. Understands and has opinions about current industry best practices. Has a track record with designing transactional user interfaces, not simply static web experiences. Balances an academic interest in best practices with tactical solutions. Manages client expectations and own time efficiently. Enjoys collaborating with product owners and business analysts to design innovative solutions. Has experience with data/information visualization. Is fluent in standard design software and tooling (Sketch, Adobe, Axure etc). Skills Required: The Senior User Experience/Interaction Designer will be needed to be able to: Follow an Iterative User-Centred Research & Design Process. Work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary design team contributing to UX operational initiatives beyond the scope of their project work (design crits, design ops etc). Conduct Ethnographic User research. Define/Develop Personas Create Feature maps & prioritization Develop Sitemaps & User Journeys Create Wireframes & Interaction Models Conduct User testing Education and experience: 7+ years industry experience, Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. Financial Services industry experience is a plus but not essential. Portfolio and References mandatory.
