| From: shaik mohammed, www.abidisolutions.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Senior Mainframe developer Location: 100% Remote Visa: All except H1B, OPT and CPT Position Summary Installation and maintenance of Mainframe Systems Infrastructure software (including z/OS and/or ISV products) in support of Software Lifecycle Management Incident / Problem resolution Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a team within a mainframe environment within a large enterprise or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience Technical knowledge across multiple Mainframe teams Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to the level of creating documents that can be shared with clients. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Customer Service skills at the management level Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams as well as guide junior team members.
