Ensures trade transactions follow risk management guidelines, and develops follow-up actions after investigating breaches in electricity and market operations. Encourages teamwork between the various departments and other partners. Coaches his/her team members according to their strengths. Reviews the overall training and development plans and the development of portfolio and strategies to ensure that they follow organisational plans. Works in a fast-paced environment, where decisions must be made fast, based on market movements and trends. He/She may have to work in rotating shifts.
