You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of Java development, AWS cloud services, and modern architectural patterns to drive our innovative projects forward. Responsibilities Architect and Design: Develop high-level architectural designs and detailed implementation plans for software solutions using Java and AWS. Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more) to build robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Security: Implement best security practices to safeguard data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption when beneficial. Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and AWS. Java Expertise: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), with a track record of building complex, high-performance applications. AWS Proficiency: Extensive experience with AWS services and architecture, including designing and deploying cloud-native applications. Microservices and APIs: Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration with third-party services. DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for automated deployment and scaling. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt. Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification is a plus.
