Job Title: Guidewire QA Lead Primary Skill: Guidewire QA, Policy/Claims/Billing Location: Irving, TX ( Day 1 Onsite) Experience: 10+ years Responsibilities: Have an overall work experience of 10 years, with at least 8+ years of Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center or Claim Center implementation testing experience, solution design, configuration, extension, customization, and post-production support experience. Guide team as well as do time-travel testing to validate outputs for automated renewals, delinquencies. At least 2+ years of lead experience is mandatory Responsible for defining QA Strategy and test approach. Responsible for Leading and directing the QA team. Present the testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stake holders. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaborate closely with other team members and departments. Requirements: Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills: 10 years of QA experience Strong Expertise in functional testing of Guidewire Policy/Claims/Billing Center application Strong expertise on testing Guidewire integration Points, Configurations Experience in Rate testing Integration testing exposure using tools such as Postman / Soap UI Possesses ACE certification Prior experience in Insurance P&C domain is preferable. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Good understanding of automation, best practices, and their applicability Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, and test cases Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent documentation and communication skills, self-Driven, and independent Experience working in a fast-paced project environment. Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills. Have a differentiator mindset a practitioner who contributes to asset creation and builds the competency / team. Have a deep insight into the SDLC and strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Have proven technical experience in requirement analysis, test strategy and testing activities required to ensure the in-print, integration, and long-term maintenance of applications. Expertise in Guidewire Policy Center & Billing Center modules Experience in insurance industry with exposure in P & C insurance domain with experience in quote policy processing, Underwriting, Billing and Payments. Experience on Guidewire Billing Center configuration and integration tasks. Experience in gap assessment of requirements and OOTB functionalities QA Management experience across multiple projects, offshore and on-site Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, Manual and automation in a continuous delivery environment. INS certification is preferable. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
