| Need only Local MD or Nearby area Only US Citizen Title: AI Engineer, Specialist, Analyst Location: Owings Mils, MD can be Remote Duration: Long Term contract Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems and enhance business processes. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and improve processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI techniques and develop innovative solutions. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate machine learning models. Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields. Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems and deploy them at scale. Evaluate and experiment with different machine learning frameworks, libraries, and tools to improve development workflow and productivity. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical principles. Experience with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
