Location Details : Remote (Sentara Approved states only for now) Team: Digital Solutions - CRM Why Open: New position (This position is growing their use of Salesforce in conjunction with a big CRM Big Rock project. There is a lot of motivation around capitalizing on the full potential of this tool (specifically Salesforce Vlocity) to help take Their team initiatives to the next level. Start : 2 weeks from offer extended Duration: 6 most+ (potential to extend and convert to FTE) Technical Salesforce testing experience ideally in health cloud/marketing cloud etc. related to health plan/health care (5+ years min. and recent and consistent, within last year) Vlocity 5+ years (ideally within the digital team of health care/health plan focusing on same types of workstreams as Sentara) Soft passionate; takes initiative What the environment : This is an innovative company with big goals and initiatives that are advancing quickly and they need strong support in all areas they are hiring. Must Haves : Salesforce Vlocity testing experience - Health Care/Health Plan testing experience 5+ years testing experience (end- to -end) in Automation and some manual Experience as a tester in a web and mobile digital team preferably specifically with Salesforce - Vlocity Plus: Knowledge of Epic, QNXT, automation toolslike: front end automation tool Selenium Java, as well as tools like Jmeter (theyre transition to this), postman, swagger Day to Day: This person will evaluate and verify the functionality, performance and quality of Salesforce applications (Vlocity in large part which is a partner, not owned by Salesforce). It involves conduction various tests to ensure that the Sf implementation meets the desired requirements, works as intended and delivers a seamless user experience. For now, this is end-to-end focus. Must have strong back-end and front-end testing experience. There is conversation around having SalesForce and Epic work together at some point, if not already in the works.
