Knowledge of relational database design, data processing and data communications; Ability to write, read, and interpret technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements COMMUNICATION PROFICIENCY Oral Communication skills Written communication skills SECURITY REQUIREMENTS The contractor and contractors personnel must comply with the following security and non-disclosure requirements: 1.
