The IT Project Coordinator will oversee customer cloud environment deliverables as well as internal projects to improve and automate our workflows. This position is primarily a customer-facing role requiring outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and great attention to detail. The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering technical requirements from customers, leading customer on-boarding calls, and driving customer deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle. A passion for technology and learning are vital for success in this role. Bonus Education and Experience Experience with the following technologies, tools, and concepts: Service Now ITIL practices Microsoft Azure Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server Identity management using Azure AD, Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML Fluent in Spanish Network and infrastructure administration within a Windows-based environment. Experience working for a cloud service provider (CSP) or managed service provider (MSP) Any certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cloud Platform: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Azure Administrator Associate Primary Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Primary responsibilities: Oversee cloud customer instance deliverables. Participate in customer-facing project alignment meetings. Maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
