The resource need to be flexible in picking up new skills The candidate doesnt need to be an expert in both Java and Cloud Engineering (CE) good at either is fine but need to have basic understanding of the other so that they can easily pickup with guidance / support from the team Eg-1: A strong CE with basic experience with Java + good programming skills with any programming language can pe paired with strong java engineers. Eg-2: A strong Java Software Engg with good understanding of Java, modern frameworks, spring boot, API-M, DB etc. who has deployed the solutions they have built in the past and has fair understanding of those AWS services/technologies involved and can pickup similar technologies when needed with guidance/assistance from peers. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java programming language. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
