You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deploy workflows and connectors to meet their needs. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful integration of Saviynt with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Deployment and Implementation: Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance workflows and connectors to meet customer requirements. Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure. Follow approved life cycle methodologies and create documentation for design and testing. Support and Coordination: Assist the operations team as required and coordinate with the product engineering team. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Technical Expertise and Innovation: Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proofs of concept, and implementation. Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections. Expertise Required: Industry Experience: Extensive experience in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products. Thorough domain knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, User Activity Monitoring, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SOD). Understanding of cloud security concepts and experience in Role Mining and implementing RBAC/ABAC. Technical Skills: Experience integrating with ITSM ticketing tools (Jira / SNOW) and HRMS (ADP / Workday). Proficiency in Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge. Knowledge of Web Services (REST, JSON, SCIM, SOAP) and Directories. Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs. Technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of any PAM and SSO tools. Personal Attributes: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
