Should have hands in Unix Scripting and commands; Able to write complex queries in Oracle PL/SQL or any database Experience in PROD support - WorkOrders/Incidents/Change requests management; ITSM/ITIL Process and Tools Experience supporting APIs and Cloud technologies Experience in monitoring/alerting tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace, Grafana Experience with performing data analysis, data observability, data ingestion and data integration. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks. Interest analyzing, monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. Appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation.
