Job title: Supply Chain Technical Lead Location: New Jersy (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Skype and Phone o9 Technical Integration Lead Key Responsibilities: Ensure seamless integration of the o9 platform with existing systems (ECC/S4, APO GATP/PPDS, SAC, TGM, Salesforce) at regional and global levels. Address regional requirements through FitGap analysis. Collaborate with Global and Regional teams for consistent core model design implementation. Manage technical aspects of testing and cutover processes. Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies. Lead regional integration teams, ensuring alignment with milestones. Support regional change management strategy. Ensure technical readiness for deliverables with vendor/partner teams. Assist in project management, including TG/Sprints sign off and risk mitigation. Required Experience: 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with experience in platforms like o9, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO. Proven track record in Digital Supply Chain transformation. Strong in data integration and system configuration/customization. Knowledgeable in integrating Planning systems with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA). Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of supply chain planning, operations planning, and demand sensing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred. Certifications in o9/planning platforms advantageous.
