Lead cross-divisional collaborations to deliver expert OCM guidance. Function as an OCM subject matter expert. Facilitate comprehensive OCM planning with Agency and Training Liaisons and CCN members. Develop processes to identify all affected stakeholders by Florida PALM's implementation, analyzing impacts and creating engagement strategies. Regularly review and contribute to the client's Implementation Project Schedule. Craft and oversee an OCM strategy/plan, inclusive of stakeholder analysis and training initiatives. Update and refine business processes relevant to client's Readiness Project. Conduct and iterate Functional Process Gap Analyses for impacted agency business processes. Document change management impacts and update related procedures. Provide design support during Florida PALM Design and Build Segment releases. Support the design for Florida PALM Data Conversion. Create business process testing scripts. Ensure consistency in materials and messaging, facilitate meetings, and support risk management activities. Qualifications: At least 9 years of relevant IT and business work experience. Proven expertise in managing teams and complex projects, and in acting as a subject matter expert. Demonstrated experience as a liaison between various stakeholders and in customer relationship management. Ability to analyze and propose solutions for optimal business results. Proficiency in organizational change management, serving as an internal consultant, and in solution design and testing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with contract negotiation and administration. Proven record of managing and mentoring personnel. Effective communication with IT functional groups and senior management. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
