Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain R scripts and applications for data analysis, statistical modelling, and reporting.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in R.

Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis.

Develop and validate statistical models and algorithms.

Conduct hypothesis testing and statistical inference to support business insights.

Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using R libraries (e.g., ggplot2, Shiny).

Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Communicate complex analytical results and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Optimize and improve the performance of R scripts and applications.

Implement best practices for code efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

 years of experience in programming with R and developing statistical models.

Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency in R programming and relevant libraries (e.g., dplyr, tidyr, ggplot2, Shiny).

Strong understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms, especially in the context of clinical data.

Experience with clinical data analysis, including pharmacokinetic (PK) data.

Familiarity with databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Previous experience in clinical programming or working with clinical data is a significant plus.

Understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical data sets.

Strong problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective solutions for clinical data challenges.

High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of clinical analytical results.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey analytical results and insights to healthcare professionals.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the healthcare domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other programming languages such as Python.

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and processing.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
