Role: Business Analyst (Wealth Management) Work Location: Hybrid (St Louis, MO) Max Rate : $52/hr Wipro Required Skills: Convert features into smaller user stories and refines stories with the team, by capturing acceptance criteria. Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation, ensuring definition of ready for development. Research questions from the team by reaching out to appropriate areas to gather information. Able to proficiency collect and keep information organized. Problem solving, analytical thinking and ability to adjust quickly to changes. Willingness to learn the different roles of the team, and to adjust story writing based on what the roles need. Able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsible for ensuring required data is filled out across systems (Jira, qTest, ServiceNow) that are used for metrics and reporting. Maintaining an understanding of in-progress work to help PO/TL adjust the work backlog if needed and what is ready for a release. BA with technology understanding Ability to run SQLs, application runs, participate and collaborate with stakeholders during testing and deployment activities. Translate the requirements into application specific backlog stories, create and groom stories for technical team. Experience in Agile projects, able to back up Scrum Master if required. Qualification Experience: Financial/Engineering degree Should have 6-8 years of experience in Wealth Management/Investment banking domain.
