Job Title: Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) Functional Consultant Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Experience: 13+ Years Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather technical requirements for Oracle WMS implementations and enhancements. 2. Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and configurations within Oracle WMS to meet business needs. 3. Perform system integrations, data migrations, and interface development with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). 4. Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure the stability and efficiency of Oracle WMS. 5. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Oracle WMS-related issues and escalations. 6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical diagrams, and system configurations. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful Oracle WMS projects. 8. Stay updated with Oracle WMS updates, patches, and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements and upgrades. 9. Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle WMS technical concepts, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10 years of hands-on experience as a technical analyst or developer working with Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS). Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports for WMS customization and development. Experience with Oracle WMS modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Warehouse Control. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and industry standards (e.g., WMS best practices, barcode technologies). Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Oracle certifications related to WMS or supply chain management are a plus.
