Location: San Jose, CA/onsite Job Description Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: 1. Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) 2. Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks 3. Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects 4. Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots 5. Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders 6. Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint 7. Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall 8. Scrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if required 9. Experience managing software development programs, 2 is a plus 10. Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management 11. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 12. Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Desirable Skills: 1. Working experience as Scrum Master for 2-3 years 2. Knowledge in Zendesk, SAP ECC, SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics technologies. 3.
