Candidates must develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure like 2 yrs each project, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID How many years working with: Governance Manager 2. How many years working with: Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field within the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience dealing with auditors and regulators, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements impacting the banking sector. Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and risk management methodologies. Proven experience in front-line risk management, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
