In this role he/she manages the internal & the vendor teams work and any interaction with business users. Resource needs to be onsite in Wisconsin. Required Skills Bachelors degree (in computer science, engineering or related field) is required. MBA degree is a plus. 15+ years experience with 4+ years progressive leadership in Oracle E-business suite ERP and other Enterprise Systems. Experience with end-to- end business processes in a manufacturing, engineering, and distribution business. Experience in project management and ability to track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables. Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery plan. Maintains Project Plans: Develops, and continually updates, detailed project/program management plans. Develops work breakdown structures based on the project objectives and scope. Ensures PM methodology is adhered to. Manage Project Status Reporting: Prepares status reports to convey project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests, and critical issues to the client and project team, Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Incorporates regular updates from each functional team. - Should exhibit maturity is collaborating with senior members of customer team and Ability to lead IT team and work with management, strategy, project management and architecting solutions for enterprise business systems such as Oracle EBS & Salesforce. Ability to lead and execute large scale complex projects - on time and within budget from conception to delivery.
