Summary we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can optimize processes throughout the implementation and hypercare of SAP OTC system in support of a large IS Oil deployment. Requirements 6+ years of Business Analyst experience: Developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans; Working with SAP; Creating documentation using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tool. At least 2 years of SAP OTC exp Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement. Potential travel for brainstorming sessions, tops once every other month. Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience, and education). Must have excellent communication Preferred Familiar with Microsoft Visio. Go-live / hypercare support experience Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
