Position - Senior Product Manager Technical Location: O Fallon, MO-Onsite Contract Overview The Cryptographic Security team designs, builds and supports service platforms that provide cryptographic and key management functions utilized by global Client application teams. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure. As a Senior PMT, you will: Responsible for developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends Using the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap Works with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements Responsibilities Collaborate with technical team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions Recommends trade-off decisions on platform product features/depth of features/backlog items Uses runtime metrics of their services in market as a feedback loop into the backlog and balances the priorities against new feature requests Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation as needed Reviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set Prepares launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature sets Stays aligned with GTM plans for the feature set Mentors team members All About You Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data modeling techniques Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data integration and transformation tools Passion for and engagement with emerging trends in data, AI/ML, analytics, and digital experiences Experience in data product development, analytical models, and model governance Experience in anonymizing data and managing the use of data Experience in data hygiene procedures, identity resolution capabilities or data management a plus Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to understand complex information product constructs Familiarity with industry best practices for collection and use of data Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices Thanks regards Chandra Reddy Shekhar Technical Recruiter m: 281 752 6594 e: [email protected] Talent Groups Keywords: artificial intelligence machine learning user experience rlang Missouri Immediate Hiring for Senior Product Manager Technical | O'Fallon, MO [email protected] |
