JOB DESCRIPTION Participate in strategy discussions and business unit meetings to capture high-level business needs. Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication of business requirements for new solutions. Advocate for business/stakeholder interests by driving business needs to implementation. Collaborate with Application Architects, Solutions Architects, or Data Architects to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Stay informed about key healthcare, innovation, and technology trends and analyze their potential implications for the portfolio. Validate that business and technical requirements are met throughout the project delivery process. Provide subject matter expertise to support innovation and strategy development when required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree 5 years of Information Technology experience, with a focus on business analysis (OR one of the following): Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years of Information Technology experience, with a focus on business analysis 9 years of Information Technology experience, with a focus on business analysis. 2 years of experience leading projects. Proficiency in system architecture and application portfolio management. Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping tools such as ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise. Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes. Strong business acumen and project management skills. Experience with requirements definition and management. Familiarity with SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and/or Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Capacity to manage workload and multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with business process management and modeling.
