Please review the JD and share resumes Job Description -Agile CoachDuration:6+ months Location: MN-Inver Grove Heights, Hybrid 1-2 days on site As an Agile Coach, Responsibilities Agile Training and Coaching: Train teams on Agile methodologies and best practices, with a focus on Azure DevOps Provide hands-on coaching to teams to help them effectively implement and utilize Azure DevOps tools and practices Facilitation: Facilitate team health surveys to assess and improve team dynamics and performance Guide the creation and maintenance of product charters, ensuring clear vision, goals, and alignment Assist teams in developing and adhering to team working agreements and definitions of done Facilitate big room planning sessions to ensure alignment and coordination across teams and stakeholders Visibility and Transparency: Help teams make their work visible using tools and practices that enhance transparency and accountability Promote the use of dashboards, Kanban boards, and other visualization techniques to track progress and identify bottlenecks Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining Agile practices and processes Provide feedback and support to teams, helping them to retrospect and iterate on their processes and outcomes Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among teams Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective teamworkQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, or similar) preferred Extensive experience in Agile coaching and training, with a focus on Azure DevOps Proven ability to facilitate various Agile ceremonies and activities (e.g., health surveys, product charters, big room planning) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels Experience in the agricultural industry or related fields is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges Regards, Satyajit nayak Sr. Technical Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC | 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 E : [email protected] Linkedin: linkedin.com/in/satyajeet-nayak-85751625b Keywords: Minnesota Texas Agile Coach [email protected] |
