| From: Sai kirubha, Xforia inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Greetings from XForia please check out the job description here below and share your Updated Resume Title: Sr. Program Manager With sap ecc s4 Location: Jose, CA Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Sr Program Manager SAP ECC to S4 HANA Data Migration As a member of the S4H Program Team, this Program Manager will be responsible for overall data transformation/migration from SAP ECC to S4 HANA including planning, issue/risk/defect management, coordination of team interdependencies such as platform preparation, and data validation. Key Skillsets/Experience Work closely with data transformation/migration vendor team and all program tracks of work involved/impacted with migration Prepare holistic plan, track execution and update SAP ECC to S4 HANA detailed data migration activities that span across teams for each migration iteration Experience with S4 HANA, preferably brown field S4H migration Coordinate execution with all involved and impacted teams across all tracks of work Experience preparing system platform for data migration execution Manage setup of system integrations (interfaces) with S4 HANA Coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and reconciliation of migration results Prepare reporting and migration work dashboard with migration success metrics Deliverables Step-by-step migration execution plan for each migration cycle Migration work dashboard Data Migration Strategy Status reporting RAID log Work plan Requirements 7-10+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) Drive migration execution by monitoring status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, and progress to plan Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholders Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Own the outcome for the succes sful data transformation/migration for each cycle, not just the deliverables Advanced skill in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint Thanks & Regards, Sai Kirubha Technical Recruiter 99300 Wade Boulevard, Suite 220, Frisco TX 75035 [email protected] | www.xforia.com Keywords: quality analyst sfour microsoft California Texas Sr. Program Manager San Jose, CA [email protected] |
