| Blue Yonder Business Analyst H1b Consultant only who are willing to share the PP number Title Blue Yonder Business Analyst Rate$80/hr. Location Dublin, OH (Hybrid min 3 days/week). Duration 6+ months of Contract Education and Required Experience: Overall 10-15 years of experience 5+ years of experience implementing any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions JDA / Blue Yonder (must) and others like o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, E2Open, etc. Certified as a JDA / Blue Yonder Demand / Fulfillment Planning or has completed all requirements for JDA / Blue Yonder DF planning Functional certification. Firsthand experience in leading a team through 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization. Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in supply chain operations. Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs and best practices in supply chain planning. Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data. Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject. Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels. Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
