Role: Sr. Peoplesoft FSCM Consultant Location: Albany, New York Duration: 24 Months Job ID: HBITS-05-13446 Client: NY State Description Provide Infrastructure/PeopleSoft Administration support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design, upgrade and implement solutions for NYBEAS Financials application. Duties This position will provide the following PeopleSoft Application and Architect support: Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade. Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (WebLogic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack Provide technical direction to meet business needs Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction Research, resolve, and test configurations Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Legacy PeopleSoft Applications Support the proposed Peoplesoft upgrade project as required. Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months of system administration experience in Oracles PeopleSoft FSCM 8.8 or higher release. Where duties included installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, and perform code migrations in a Unix/Solaris/Linux environment. 84 Months of system administration experience utilizing PeopleSoft People Tools 8.46 or higher, including installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration. 84 Months experience in performing People Tools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools. 60 Months experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA). 60 Months experience with Oracle 10g or higher database releases in creating and maintaining Peoplesoft databases.
