If you have any resumes please send it to [email protected] Position: Identity Services Specialist(IAM) Location: Rhode Island, RI, 02801 Description Independently performs day to day operation of identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services (such as Microsoft AD,Identity Federation,PKI,MFA) These operational activities include monitoring ticket queues and responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests and resolving technology issues Day to day support activities could include: Setting up users with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Troubleshooting access to Password Management application Account issues vary from restoring accounts, fixing issues with Single Sign On (SSO) Troubleshooting Active Directory Domain Services Troubleshooting Active Directory Federation Services Troubleshooting Active Directory Certificate Services Supports team efforts to implement ongoing improvements to identity and authentication capabilities and infrastructure configurations Supports business and technology initiatives which require assistance from the identity services team Maintain familiarity with FM Global security standards and ensure that technologies are implemented in support of those standards Communicate any identified gaps to peers and management in a timely manner Stay abreast of changes in the threat landscape by following industry experts, publications, newsfeeds, and threat intelligence sources Identify ways for FM Global to incorporate this information into ongoing security practices Consistently communicates and works effectively as a team both within security infrastructure services and across other groups to successfully accomplish goals & objectives Maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for processes and configurations Solid verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal Skills Ability to coordinate activities with team members and other stakeholders Excellent customer service skills Must have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently or on a team Ability to multi task and change priorities with effective results Working familiarity with operating systems, application development, directory services Experience working with powershell framework/scripting Thanks &Regards, Saranya Devarapalli Email: [email protected] 566 Peachtree Pkwy, Suite # 121, Cumming, GA 30041 www.oriontekinc.com Keywords: active directory information technology Georgia Rhode Island Identity Services Specialist(IAM) Location: Rhode Island, RI [email protected] |
