Conduct, create Key Design Decisions(KDD) Sessions. Help coordinate scheduling of Benefit Sessions with Change Management Team. Coordinate with other Modules possible impacts on KDD. Work with the client on first review of benefit requirements. Document interfaces needed for the Benefit Modules (Inbound and Outbound). Document third party partners for interfaces.
