Lead the effort to design, build and configure Compensation Module Acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with HR and Talent Lead in a design that meets the requirements of the client. Identify conversion objects and possible transformations from Legacy Systems to Cloud. Identify interfaces needed to support third party systems. Identify and configure compensation pay elements, programs, grades, steps and ladders needed to meet client requirements. Identify and configure elements related to variable compensation.
