(including project work breakdown structure, reporting, purchase requisitions / purchase orders, DoA, taxation) Experience in IT projects and system carves Comprehension of the Procurement / Sourcing processes for material and labor/service requests Understanding of the relationships between the different functions: Purchasing, Sourcing, Accounts Payable (AP), Finance, Tax, Requisitioners, Expeditors, Receivers Fast learner Team player with attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset Able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA Some of the critical tasks includes: End User Support and training Coordinates and executes creation and management of job aids, training materials, and metrics related to IT applications and tools, system functionality, and related work processes Support development, testing, and implementation of Operations IT/OT solutions (applications and tools) in support of business processes, work processes, and policies and procedures.
