Should have strong written & verbal communication skills. Should have Sound background in techno-functional area. Should have experience of Business Transformation projects, implementation, enhancement & development across Various applications. Understanding of Business & IT application co-relation from flows perspective Practical knowledge on Engagement Management, Project Management, Business Analysis will be added advantage. Should have good experience in liaising with IT, Business and Onsite & offshore team. Must be flexible to travel on project locations. Proficient to understand integrations of multiple modules/systems. Experience of any implantation will be added advantage. Understanding of Agile methodology Other Expectations: Should possess analytical & problem-solving skills. Should have collaboration skills & Team player. Should possess good skills in handling Business Users Should possess work authority from respected European country with enough validity.
