| From: Ankit upadhyay, Pivotal Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Tittle: Workday HCM Implementation Manager Location: Boston, MA Candidate that are local and can go on site once and a will take precedence, but manager will consider fully remote Certifications in Workday or HCM are a big plus Pay Rate is in the $70-$75/ C2C Range the higher rate is for candidates that are local and will go on site. Responsibilities Successfully manage delivery of end-to-end Workday HCM project Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication strategy. Create and manage roadmaps, manage day to day monitoring tasks and activities, and initiate corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track. Effectively communicate project expectations to internal and external project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Manage the contract based on agreed scope as defined in Statement of Work, manage scope creep, ensure change requests are clearly called out, agreed, and impacted against timeline Continually assess action items, risks, and issues maintaining risk and issue logs and contingency plans Validate the time spent and work performed by external implementation partner resources and escalate deviations from resource plans Develop and deliver progress reports and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path deliverables Develop and maintain backlog of product enhancements to meet tactical needs and strategic goals Ensure that proper approvals are completed at appropriate project milestones, and ensure adherence to all standard components of the system development lifecycle Lead regular project reviews with Project Team, and with project stakeholders and senior management to keep the project on track and on budget Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process Qualifications 5+ years of relevant Workday HCM experience 2 years of experience leading Workday HCM projects and workstreams Experience with leading end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certified preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Bachelor's degree Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to understand business processes & requirements.
