| Position: SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) Location: St. Paul, MN 55108 Need Locals or Near By Client: State of Minnesota Duration: Contract Visa: USC/GC Rate: $ 55/hr C2C Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: Support SQL server applications Supporting SQL Server components, including SSIS and SSRS Maintaining and troubleshooting ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes Performing SQL backups and Disaster Recovery Performing database migrations & upgrades Working with Azure SQL technologies Documenting work and processes Provide mentorship to other DBAs on the team Provide knowledge transfer Required Skills Experience with SQL server applications and supporting components, including SSIS and SSRS. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes. Experience in mentor IT staff and database design Experience in assessing and introducing new technologies to improve operation of database infrastructure. Experience as a lead worker in a team of subject matter experts of varying capacities Experience in Microsoft Azure SQL technologies.
