Job Title: Cognos Lead with Upgrade Location: Chicago, IL(Candidate must be local) Job Description: Required Skills: Need someone with Cognos transformer Cube and DMR models, security concept of FM package and Transformer Cube. Cognos upgrade experience is must Experience with content migration, security handling, Experience with FM CQM to DQM conversion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the upgrade project for Cognos BI, ensuring a smooth transition from the current version to the latest version. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement upgrades. Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the upgrade process. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the upgrade process. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cognos BI applications. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Cognos BI applications post-upgrade. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the upgraded system meets business requirements and objectives.
