We have three strong local PMs sent over who have data experience but none with Derivatives Trading experience. I am upping the bill rate to see if this will open up other resources. I have seen quite a few resumes where the candidate has more than three short term contracts. Ideally, one here and there is fine, but seeing so many with under 6 months of engagement will draw a red flag with the client. IF there is a particular reason your candidate has this and can give a specific example of why the contract was short, we can definitely chat with them. - Job Details: Preferred: - Derivatives Trading domain expertise - Experience leading data ingestion, data warehouse, and reporting projects. Excels at demonstrating the drivers of project management effectiveness including: Aligns project priorities to the organizations strategies/objectives Understands and manages project interdependencies Logically solves problems Proactively identifies and mitigates risks Develops and executes upon complex project plans and key milestones Demonstrates strong understanding of and experience with SDLC processes with specific experience managing projects in Agile with multiple teams executing work.
