Job Title: Java Full stack with Big Data Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite) Full stack java position with a Big data ( GCP,BQ ,Dataflow, Composer ) expertise Job Description: Expectations from this role: Acts under very minimal guidance to develop error free code; testing and documenting applications 1. Understand the applications, features, and component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements. 2. Code, debug, test and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages. 3. Develop optimized code, with appropriate approach and algorithms, following standards and security guidelines independently 4. Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input 5. Optimise efficiency, cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models 6. Learn technology, business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account 7. Set FAST goals Typical performance measures: 1. Adherence to engineering processes and standards (coding standards) 2. Adherence to schedule / timelines 3. Adhere to SLAs where applicable 4. # of defects post delivery 5. # of non-compliance issues 6. Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects 7. Quickly turnaround production bugs 8. Meet the Defined productivity standards for project 9. Completion of applicable technical/domain certifications 10.
