This role is crucial in ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest security standards. Job Summary: The Project Manager with InfoSec Cyber Security will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to information security and cyber security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the InfoSec domain, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to information security and cyber security. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with information security projects. Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the protection of sensitive information. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and clients. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and technology, to meet project objectives. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and compliance reports. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the highest security standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the InfoSec and Cyber Security domains. Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud security, network security, and endpoint security. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, COBIT).
