Knowledge of object-oriented application design techniques and tools. Knowledge of .Net application development tools. Knowledge of Client-server environments Knowledge of compliance with ADA Ability to gather and analyze facts, define problems, and devises solutions. Ability to use programming procedures and techniques in the implementation of computer programs. Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise graphs and charts. Ability to conduct interviews and establish and maintain effective relationships with systems users. Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and conduct correspondence related to the work. Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience. Ability to work under pressure. Business Analyst 5 The primary duty of this position is to act as a liaison among technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems, business processes, and policies, as applicable. Collaborating with both the Information Technology (IT) project teams and business clients, this position collects, clarifies, and translates business requirements into design documentation, from which applications and solutions are developed.
