Hands on experience with UI Builder and Creation of Custom Components in the UI Builder for Workspace will be a added advantage Working experience in Tele communication modules(TSOM,TSM) is an advantage. Knowledge of Anjular js, React js, HTML ,CSS, Java script. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP Working experience on CSM Module Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications. Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions.
