| Title: Application Support Engineer / Support Engineer Location: Onsite at Redmond, WA 100% Local Consultant Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension Visa: USC and GC only Must-have skills for this role: 1. Software Development 2. Technical Support 3. AWS Primary job duties: Work on an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Key job responsibilities: 1) Modify, maintain and validate business related configurations (such as catalog, ordering, billing, notifications, tax, payments, accounting, finance) to satisfy business requirements. 2) Communicate with partner teams to ensure country specific configuration are in place and working. 3) Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks and easy maintenance of our services. 4) Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Able to deliver software independently when needed. 5) Software deployment support in staging and production environments. 6) Build monitoring metrics dashboard, and report System health and Support status metrics.
