The ServiceNow FSM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow FSM, a solid understanding of field service processes, and a track record of successful implementations. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow FSM modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop functional specifications for FSM solutions. Solution Design: Design end-to-end FSM solutions, including workflows, service catalogs, integrations, and reporting. Proven experience in field service operations and management. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and FSM module. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
