Salesforce Architect - Location: MTV, CA-location is Remote .. preferred EST/Central time zone Need 10 years of experience Visa: only H1 and H4 EAD Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce (Velocity), Zuora ( Billing and Rev App ) and Adyen payment systems. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities: Design, develop poc, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Work with other members of the IT team to ensure that solutions are aligned with our overall IT strategy. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role. Strong understanding of Salesforce, Zoura Billing and Rev App, and adyen payment system. Knowledge in telco BSS ( Billing domain) is a plus. Experience with GCP cloud-based applications is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Test Manager - Location: MTV, CA-Ex- Google Need 10 years of experience Visa: only H1 and H4 EAD Summary: The Test Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects across multiple workflows. They work closely with stakeholders to define, plan and manage test execution for the defined scope by aligning resources and delivering to schedule. They also develop and implement Test Strategy, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive QA testing approach Manage and lead a team of QA testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results for all streams of QA tasks (functional, automation, performance, usability). Oversee the execution of test scripts, ensuring thorough and accurate testing of all software features Analyze test results, identify defects, and track their resolution Risk management, mitigation across all function areas. Ensuring seemless communication across onshore and offshore. SLA tracking and reporting. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve the quality of software products Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures Addressing resources knowledge gaps, conflicts, leave/holiday management and coverage.
